Wongpaitoon Group PLC., a manufacturer of “Reebok” held an event “The Day of Heart: Reebok Minimarathon”, which aimed to promote exercise by running or jogging among adults and youths and also raised fund for PCSF.
The Day Heart concept was to promote 2 hearts which were: “Save My Heart” by running or jogging which will help runners’ blood circulation. Registration fees were donations to PCSF, which would help patients’ hearts as well.
This event was held on Sunday 29 September 2002, 6 am. There were 2 types of competition: Run 10 Km. and Walk 2 Km. The start and finish line was in front of Nimibutr Gymnasium, National Stadium.
