PCSF, under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra, in co-ordination with Heart Center, Phyathai 2 Hospital, had launched a project to perform operations for 99 children without any expenses, in order to celebrate H.M. Queen Sirikit. The purposes of this project are:
– To perform operations for 99 children as a celebration of H.M. Queen Sirikit.
– To continually train all nurses of CCU, Heart Center, Phyathai Hospital, in order to enhance abilities and experiences in taking care of patients, and also co-ordinate with Shanghai Children Heart Center, under Project Hope.
– To continually train staffs and nurses involved with heart disease patients.
– To develop and enhance Phyathai Heart Center capacity and abilities and make it a leader of Asia.
Project Period: Tuesday 18 March 2003. Two operations would take place every Tuesday. 99 operations were expected to be completed by March 2004
